San Martino di Castrozza – via Malga Ces to Passo Rolle

Departure from the hotel lobby at 9.30 am with our guide who will bring you by bus until you reach San Martino di Castrozza in about 20 minutes.

From San Martino (1450 m), through the road in the woods, you can reach the bar and the restaurant of Malga Ces Cavalazza (1670m) that you can also reach by car.

From Malga Ces Cavallazza you can continue into the woods on trail n. 348, along Boneta Valley, which climbs back to the side of the Cavalazza Valley, in order to discover beautiful landscapes, and even walk on the ski slopes for a short distance. From that point, the trail becomes steeper when reaching the Colbricon Lakes.

When you will be at the Lakes you can stop at the mountain hut for drinking a hot tea and take a rest. You can finally arrive at Malga Rolle at the bottom of Passo Rolle, by just following the trail n. 348.

The way back can be done by retracing the same path or by using the public transportation from Passo Rolle.

After returning to the hotel, you can directly go to your room, wear the bathrobe and visit our Wellness Centre.
