Experience the Mountains Fully We believe the mountains should be experienced in every way. That is why we organize daily guided excursions to alpine dairies (malghe), mountain huts, and cabins, where you can taste our local specialties.
Pic Nic Box: Nature in Freedom For those who prefer a lunch surrounded by nature, we offer our Pic Nic Box (please request by the evening before). Enjoy a gourmet lunch in a lush meadow, by the shores of a mountain lake, or while admiring the breathtaking views of the Dolomites.

Certainly. We pay great attention to our guests' dietary needs and are happy to adapt our dishes for celiac, vegetarian, vegan guests, or those with allergies and specific intolerances. Please inform us before your arrival so our kitchen team can prepare accordingly. Once at the restaurant, feel free to mention it to our maître: we believe in "double-checking" to ensure your complete safety and peace of mind.

Fly Ski Shuttle: During certain seasons, the "Fly Ski Shuttle" service is
available, offering direct connections from the main airports in Northern
Italy to Trentino and our valley.
The choice depends on your preference for flexibility:

From Treviso: Approx. 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.

From Venice: Approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes by car. A taxi costs approximately €150, while car rentals start from around €50 per day (prices may vary based on the season and vehicle availability).

From Verona: Approx. 2 hours by car. A taxi costs approximately €180.
From Venice: Take the bus to Mestre train station, then take the train towards Feltre (usually the train heading to Belluno, Calalzo, or Cortina). Once you reach Feltre, take the local bus to Fiera di Primiero. (Total travel time: approx. 4 hours).
From Verona: Take the train towards Padua, then change for Feltre. From there, take the bus to Fiera di Primiero.
Brusutti Coach Service (from Venice): During the season, there are daily departures from Venice to San Martino di Castrozza. On weekends, there is one morning service (Venice -> San Martino) and one in the afternoon (San Martino -> Venice).
Complimentary Bus Ticket: We are happy to provide you with a free bus ticket from Feltre train station (the closest one to us) to our Hotel. Please contact us a few days before your arrival, and we will email it to you.

Trentino Guest Card: Included in your booking, this card allows you to travel for free on all public transport throughout the Trentino region. It also offers discounts for museums, castles, exhibitions, and local products.

Yes, children are most welcome to join you in the Spa. Children may access the Spa from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
- Swimming pool and hot tub and relax area from 10.00am to 8.00pm;
- Sauna and Turkish bath from 2.00pm to 8.00pm;
- Massages and treatments can be booked from 10.00am to 12.00pm and from 2.00pm to 8.00pm.
We provide all adults with a bathrobe that you will find in your room upon your arrival. As for the little ones, you will find towels in the room or you can bring a bathrobe from home.
Slippers and swimming caps are required and can be purchased at reception. The price is €2.50 each.
You can access our spa even if you are not our guest.
We kindly ask you to book in advance as availability is limited.
Children
We love our little guests and we want to make sure they have a great time
too.
Our hotel has a new games room open every day where our mini club staff
organises fun activities from 16:00 to 19:00 and from 20:30 to 22:00.
Children from 3 to 12 years old are welcome, with a parent around children
under 3 years old can come too!
You can request a babysitter even for a few hours. The price is around €10/hour (this service needs to be booked in advance).
Children under the age of 13 can access the swimming pool and hot tub only
from 10:00 to 17:00 accompanied by a parent. From 17:00 to 20:00 the spa is
reserved for adults only.
If you wish to take a moment all for yourself to relax in our spa, you can
leave your children with our staff at the mini club, from 16:00 to 19:00 and
from 20:30 to 22:00.
In the summer there's also a wide range of free activities organised by the Tourism Center, suitable for families.
The area is suitable for the whole family: younger and older.
We are located in the center of the colorful village of Fiera di Primiero, an
excellent compromise between well-being, tranquility and vitality.
Within walking distance from our hotel there are several parks. Playgrounds,
cycle paths (you can rent a bike for free at the hotel, bike trailer also
available), meadows and woods.
We organize daily guided hikes to some of the most beautiful view points and
natural areas.
We assure you, it will be a fairy tale for children too. Seeing farm animals, grazing cows and horses is a unique emotion and children are always amazed.
Here you'll find all the hikes that we do and recommend for the little ones. (If you need a stroller or a backpack for children we have that free of charge)
We have cots, travel cribs and bed rails available. If you let us know in
advance you'll find them directly in your room at no extra charge.
We also have kettles and bottle warmers, these must be requested in advance
or upon arrival at the reception.

Things to do and where to go
The hotel organizes daily excursions and guided walks.
We will take you to discover the most beautiful places in the Primiero
Valley. Lakes, mountain huts, educational farms, suspended bridges... we try
to cater to all age groups.

Our hotel is located a few steps from the pedestrian area of Fiera di
Primiero.
During the season there are often events, concerts and various
activities.
As for the evening, there are several bars where you can always drink
something special. I recommend you taste the craft beer Primierotta (La
Bionoc)
The Wellness Hotel Mirabello
This is a 4 star Wellness Hotel.
We guarantee our guests access to the rooms from 2:00pm onwards.
If you arrive early, you can leave all your luggage at the reception and go
for a stroll in the town center (the pedestrian area starts right in front of
our hotel).
Alternatively, you can join the excursion with our guide from day one. We
leave at 9:30, so if you want to participate we recommend you let us know in
advance and that you arrive a few minutes early.
The room might be ready early, if so, we will give you the keys right away.
If you arrive before 10:30am and wish to have breakfast, the cost is €8 per person. Breakfast is buffet style from 7:30am to 10:30am.
On the day of your departure you will have to vacate the room by 10:00.
On request and subject to availability you may decide to stay in your room until late afternoon. The late check-out fee is €40. This will give you access to the spa for the whole day and the afternoon snack from 16:00 to 17:30 is included.
Here at the Mirabello we do not particularly love the chaos of the city, the hectic life and fast food.

Yes, of course, we accept all pets!
Of course! Vouchers can be made for a set date or with open dates. Prices
will vary depending on the season, such as high or low season (in high season
a minimum of set nights may be required).
You will receive an email with a quote for the requested periods so that you
can choose the value of your voucher and get an idea of our services.
We will then create a personalised gift voucher and we'll send it to you via
email so you can print it and give it to the recipient of the gift.
Based on your needs, we can also help customize your voucher and make it a real experience.
