Its color is straw yellow. Its sweet and fruity aromas recall yellow peach, pineapple, cedar, candied citrus with notes of yellow flowers and chamomile. The finish can be perceived as toasted, hazelnut and tobacco. On the palate its taste is rather structured, rich, soft, harmonious and with a remarkable acidity.

Nosiola is collected manually and used as a pretext in an inert atmosphere. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and refined on lysis for about 5/6 months.
Its color is pale straw-yellow and has pastel green reflections. Its aromas are floral, reminiscent of rose petals, litchi and jasmine. It has light notes of hazelnut.
The taste is full and persistent with a balanced acidity.

Red Moon 99.6 Sparkling is a high quality non-alcoholic aperitif, produced exclusively with natural ingredients:

- 99,6 % Red Moon Apple from Alto Adige;
- 0,4 carbonic acid fro a sparkling touch

In September and October, Red Moon apples are harvested in the fields of selected fruit growers on the italian territory. Thereafter, only high-quality apples are stored in a controlled atmosphere, so that the aromas can develop optimally.

With the gentle cold extraction, the natural red color of the pulp remains perfectly preserved.

During filtration, turbidity is removed to obtain the clarity of the product while the carbonation is added to give Red Moon 99.6 the right touch of fizz.

The juice resulting from cold pressing is bottled and undergoes the process of pasteurization.
Dom Pérignon is not only rare and Millesimato, considered the best wine in the world. It is produced with the best grapes, carefully selected, of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of a single harvest.
According to his philosophy, Dom Pérignon, is invented every year and, if the harvest is not up to par, skips the vintage and is not produced.

Ferrari’s Trento Brut is produced with grapes from the vineyards of Val di Cembra and the Valle dei Laghi. The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After being vinified in white, it is sparkling and then it is refermented in bottle with aging of 24 months on its lees.
Its color is straw yellow, with green reflections and fine perlage. The fruity aromas recall the Golden apple with notes of wild flowers. A harmonious and balanced bubble on the palate has hints of ripe fruit and a note of bread crust.

Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin is one of the most famous Champagne in the world.

The taste is complex, well balanced and full-bodied.

Matured in steel, thanks to which it retains its original characteristics. Vine created by combining Merlot grapes with those of Teroldego to shape a single variety the prerogatives of these two noble vines.
The color is ruby red, intense and deep. The aromas are mainly fruity, recalling red fruits, currant and cherry. It has a slight herbaceous note.
On the palate the taste is savory, harmonious and persistent.

Schiava produced from vines of three subvarieties: Gray, Fat and Gentle. Its must is fermented with its skins. It is then unscrewed and completed its fermentation in stainless steel barrels for a few months.
Its color is pink/ coral. The delicate and gentle aromas, reminiscent of rose and almond. On the palate the taste is full-bodied and persistent. The taste is dry and savory.

Dessert Wine

The Moscato Giallo of the Gaierhof winery comes from vines bred with Trentino pergola.
The grapes are gently pressed, cold macerated and fermented.
Its color is bright straw yellow, with reflections tending to golden. The aromas are very intense and aromatic, reminiscent of roses and berries.
On the palate the taste is sweet, round and strong, very persistent.

Moscato Rosa from Zeni winery comes from Trentino vines.
The grapes are harvested by hand, crushed and fermented in steel barrels for about 6 days. Once unscrewed, it is cooled to stop the fermentation process and ensure the presence of natural sugar residue.
Its color is intense ruby red. The aromas are very intense, reminiscent of rose hips with spicy notes.
The palate is sweet and delicate, with hints of rose hips, cinnamon and cloves.

Recioto della Valpolicella, which grapes are pressed after a drying of about 5/6 months in the fruity. The must obtained ends its fermentation in barrique where the wine remains in close contact for about 10/12 months with its yeasts.
Its color is a deep ruby red. The aromas are fruity, reminiscent of small black berry fruit, with notes of aromatic herbs and spices in the finish.
The taste is aromatic, sweet and round.

"Vino Santo" harvested by picking grapes selected from the bunches more children, healthy and perfectly ripe. The drying lasts about 5 months from the harvest. Then its must is fermented with a high sugar content and matured for the first 2/3 years in stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages completely in small acacia oak barrels for another 2/3 years.
Its color is amber yellow. The aromas are very intense and ample, reminiscent of ripe fruit and jam.
On the palate the taste is sweet, velvety and long-lasting.

Cabernet Sauvignon aged for about 6/8 months in small oak barrels. Afterwards, it remains in the bottle for further aging.

The palate is structured and enveloping. The tannins are dry and elegant.

The taste is full and persistent with a balanced acidity.

Local Craft Beers

High fermentation beer, made entirely with Vienna Malt, very aromatic and characterizing. The project was born to enhance this malt, usually little used, which can give very special notes to the product and make it very tasty. The use of hops is reduced to avoid interference with the dominant offered by malt.

Production: German hops are used together with boiled Vienna malt and they give a subtle bitter. High fermentation yeasts are then used for the fermentation phase. The long final maturation makes the body round while the light gasification makes the beer drinky.

Beer in the style of Golden Ale appeared in recent years, these beers were born with the purpose of being earier and more refreshing drinks. The alcohol content allows a repeated drink, especially on hot days when the sun beats down and the gorges get dry.It reminds the old drinks in company, typical of the old english pubs in the early twentieth century.

Typical scottish Ale style beer from Edinburgh, where once the raw material for the production of beers was scarce and had to be imported from England. This requirement has led to the development of beers produced with few ingredients, very tasty and litle hoppy, obtained by the use of roasted malts. Low alcoholic content comes with dense and compact foam.


Production: Pale malt beer with small pieces of caramelized malt, chocolate malt, roasted barley and barley flakes. This mix gives it an intense taste, where the hopping is used exclusively to give a slightly bitter. After the fermentation a long maturation leads to a very clear product and with an extreme cleanliness of the flavours

Saison style beer

The Saison appear in Belgian Wallonia at the end of the 18th century. These high fermentation beers are born to accompany the common beers produced by the Trappist monks, actually too alcoholic.
The farmers of the time, forced to endless days of hard work in the fields, needed more basic drinks.

Production: Pils malt beer with small grain malt cut. When boiled, noble hops give a good degree of bitterness and a slight herbaceous aroma. The addition of a slight spiciness of coriander and sweet orange peel completes the recipe. the yeast is typical Belgian, very characteristic.

Color: old gold

Taste: dry, intense and persistent

Alcoholic content: 5,4%

Recommended Combination: perfect as aperitif, excellent when paired with first courses with mushrooms or vegetables. Interesting with creamy white meats.
Produced with only light malts, it is aged for 60 days inside the fermenter. This long period gives this beer the balance that makes it so easy to drink. Absolutely refreshing, the glass empties without you realizing!
